  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial team with coordination of sales travel for client meetings and conferences in the UK and overseas

  • Support the Director of International Sales & Business Development and Market Development Director to include administration of expenses in NetSuite.

  • Ensure all sales opportunities are formatted in the company format to including liaison with the Business & Contracts Information Manager and Study Management Team Lead.

  • Periodical cleansing of opportunity data including out of date contact lists

  • Progress Chase departmental timesheets
  • Broader administration including directing incoming calls and taking messages when required, receiving and taking care of visitors

  • Helping to maintain stationery, housekeeping and kitchen supplies

  • Undertaking binding, laminating and shredding as required

  • Assist with office shutdown procedure at the end of the day

  • Excellent computer and database skills
