Duration: 6 month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility that this role will go perm if recruitment numbers remain high Base Location: King Street, Manchester Salary: £16,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience
What the role looks like:
Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to assist our account management team that support one of our large council contracts in and around Manchester.
The account management team build successful relationships with the client organisation, to establish their recruitment requirements and ensure we hit SLA’s for this contract. Within this, candidates are sourced either directly by the Reed Direct Sourcing Team, Tiered Partner Suppliers or from the Reed Specialist Recruitment (RSR) network of offices.
You will assist the Team in ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard, including:
- Answering incoming calls from candidates, clients, the RSR network or second tier partner suppliers.
- Assisting in recording, amending and updating data on relevant systems and databases.
- Assisting in arranging interviews and assessment centres.

Who makes a good Administrator?
Our ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in an administration role. You will also need to have exceptional skills and experience in customer service and be able to demonstrate an ability to build both over the phone and face to face relationships, so a strong communicator would be essential.
The preference would also be for someone who has experience in recruitment administration, such as dealing with candidate’s queries, processing data, updating data systems, arranging interviews, processing timesheets etc.
You will also need to be highly literate in PC packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
