We are an established locally based Security Systems company, offering full-time administration role. Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.30 inc. 1hr Lunch break. As an installer and maintainer of security systems we are looking for an experienced person to work as part of our small team.

The role and your responsibilities will include:

Operating the In-House CASH system (internal training will be provided)

Service Call Logging

Processing engineers schedules and job sheets

An example of the Experience and key skills required:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions

Accuracy and attention to detail

Customer service experience with the ability to resolve difficult situations
