We currently are looking for a number of customer focused individuals to work as an Administrator for our client at their site in Beckenham.

Start date: asap for an ongoing temporary assignment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, between 9am and 5.30pm
Location: Beckenham, Kent

As an Administration with the Communications Team, you will be working closely with all Sharedealing teams to provide this world class service to their client's at all times.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with shareholder enquiries (via telephone, email, letter or reject form) including confirming share holdings and prices.
• Ensuring the needs of shareholders are met during the telephone calls received and that the shareholder fully understands the process and any actions they are required to take.
• Liaising with colleagues from all departments to assist with all enquiries
• Ensure daily work logs are completed and maintained for spot check and audit.
• Write accurate reject letters, ensuring that all documentation is scanned and saved.
• Resolve website enquiries from shareholders
• Obtaining authorisation for Debit Card purchases

This role will suit you if you can demonstrate the following:

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English at grade C or above).
• Strong customer service and administration experience
• High level of written and verbal communication skills, ability to write detailed free-form correspondence.
• Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook
