Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Administrator for a leading vehicle management business in Leeds.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Vehicle Management business, based on the outskirts of Leeds. This is a new vacancy within the team, looking for an Administrator that will add value to a high volume team.

The business is looking for candidate that would like to progress (long term) with the business.

Description

Administrator - Leeds

This job will entail :

  • Process with completing all the financial data required to process the vehicle records status through the system
  • This will include the accurately checking and inputting data, including mileages and relevant dates
  • Posting system generated invoices, managing outstanding debtors and working closely with the sales ledger team on invoice queries
  • The role will also support various other aspects of the re-marketing process.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Working knowledge of a high volume administration - essential
  • Pride themselves on accuracy and attention to detail - essential
  • Strong communication skills - essential
  • Experience keying data - essential
