Our client is a leading Vehicle Management business, based on the outskirts of Leeds. This is a new vacancy within the team, looking for an Administrator that will add value to a high volume team.
The business is looking for candidate that would like to progress (long term) with the business.
Administrator - Leeds
This job will entail :
- Process with completing all the financial data required to process the vehicle records status through the system
- This will include the accurately checking and inputting data, including mileages and relevant dates
- Posting system generated invoices, managing outstanding debtors and working closely with the sales ledger team on invoice queries
- The role will also support various other aspects of the re-marketing process.
The successful candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of a high volume administration - essential
- Pride themselves on accuracy and attention to detail - essential
- Strong communication skills - essential
- Experience keying data - essential
