18 month contract
Search is currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a large construction company at a site in Southport. The role will be based in the office with a team of friendly and experienced construction professionals.
The role will involve:
* Document control on the Sharepoint system
* Creating reports
* General administration duties such as filing and scanning
* Taking in and processing timesheets
To be right for the role you will ideally have experience in the construction industry or a strong administration background to be able to hit the ground running. Prior use of Sharepoint would be an advantage however training can be provided.
This role is part time across 5 days per week Monday to Friday for 4-5 hours per day although the start and finish times can be negotiated. The role is temporary and likely to last 18 months.
