The role will involve taking lots of telephone calls and re-directing, helping or taking messages.

Acting on instructions to create letters and emails.

Accessing details on databases and checking for inaccuracies.

You will be a quick learner, able to adapt to different situations

Act with tact and diplomacy

Have great customer service skills

Excellent administration skills including word and basic excel.

8.30am - 5.15pm
