My client is looking for an Office Administrator.  The ideal candidate will be motivated and could potentially be supported through an appropriate NVQ for training.

The successful candidate should have good customer service skills. You will be part of and supporting the team to enable smooth running of the office. You must be a good communicator and able to prioritise.  Duties will include:

Photocopying and scanning
Archiving material
Organising post and filing
Answering calls and taking messages
Day to day office support
Improving self-knowledge of the business
Ad hoc requests from the team

Clean driving licence
Able to take minutes and type
Willing to learn new skills
