Our client is a commercial soft landscaping company who have over 20 years with in the industry. Their work spans right across the South East, as well as far north as Peterborough and far west as Bristol. A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Part Time Administrator to join their hardworking and dedicated team.

As an Administrator you will be delivering a high level of customer service, and ensuring that all queries are dealt with smoothly and efficiently. You will also be available to help out other members of the team when required. The ideal Administrator will have previously worked within a busy, fast paced environment and be able to work using initiative with minimal supervision.

The ideal Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Demonstrable experience as an administrator
  • Be Computer literate
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Positive and friendly telephone manner
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines
  • Be able to work using initiative with minimal supervision

Your duties as an Administrator will include:

  • Dealing with customer queries via telephone and email
  • Providing an excellent Customer Service
  • Data entry
  • Printing documents and taking photocopies when necessary
  • Ensuring all important documentation is filed away correctly
  • Providing support to other members of the team when required
  • Dealing with both existing and potential clients


£8.00 per hour
