Temporary HR Administrator position until June
Your new company
You will be working for a public sector education provider based near Thirsk. They are looking for a temporary administrator to cover a maternity cover however you will only be needed up until June. This position is to start as soon as possible and is full time. Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.
Your new role
Your new role will be to support the HR manager and team with the personnel and recruitment process. This will include; completing ID checks and eligibility to work, chasing for references, uploading application forms and inputting data accurately, processing timesheets and invoices and deal with general enquiries. This may also include minuting in meetings and typing up action points.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need some office based experience however experience in HR is not essential. It might be that you have previous experience helping with recruitment or on boarding of new starters. It is essential that you have high accuracy and attention to detail and all information on the database may be audited. Experience in the education centre would be beneficial but not essential. IT skills must include MS Word, Outlook & Excel.
