Our client who is based within a highly regarded public sector organization, have a temporary role for an Administrator. This is a temporary role for approx. 2 - 3 months with a possible extension, which attracts a pay rate of £9.17 per hour, and is based in Glasgow city centre. Hours of work Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5pm

Applicants must have a current Basic Disclosure Scotland Certificate dated within the last 12 months.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- organising, preparing and issuing letters, papers, reports, etc.
- processing data and maintaining databases
- collating materials
- organising meetings and events
- formatting and quality assuring reports and letters
- supporting board meetings, including minute taking
- mailbox management
- dealing with internal and external enquiries
- updating and maintaining paper and electronic files
- raising purchase orders
- arranging travel and accomodation
- checking expenses
