Temporary weekend administrator job opportunity.

Your new company
Hays Office Support are currently working with a successful organisation based in York. Due to increased work load and a busy period this company are looking for an administrator to assist the team for a period of 6 months.

Your new role
Within this temporary job you will be working as part of a facilities team. Duties will include logging maintenance jobs on to the system so that they can be tracked and reaction times can be monitored. You will help to coordinate the maintenance team. This role is due to be based over weekends periodically throughout the summer so would suit someone looking for part time hours.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be happy to work on weekends. You will be confident communicating with people at all levels. You will need good IT skills.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid a competitive rate of pay on a weekly basis. This role has the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
