Our client a leading specialist in their field are looking for an Administrator to join their small team in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have previous Administration experience and ideally a knowledge of insurance and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- The administrator will be processing damage claims for rental customers

- The successful candidate will be managing fines and offences as well as carrying out P11D information

- Updating customers insurance and chasing any expired policies

- Confidently liaising with clients and customers

- respond to and resolve damage queries from customers

- General ad hoc administrator duties

Key Attributes:

- Computer literate with Microsoft Office

- Previous Office experience

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail
