A great opportunity has become available to join a growing business within the professional services industry. Working within a relatively small team in a modern office building, this opportunity could suit either someone who is at the early stages of an office career, or even someone who is looking to make their first step into an office environment. The opportunity would be ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a team around them and providing a great service to external clients.

Tasks will include:

  • Supporting the team with administrative duties
  • Preparing documents, letters and valuations
  • Processing business applications
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Dealing with incoming queries via email and telephone
  • Post room and mail duties
  • Document scanning and photocopying
  • Processing stationery orders
  • Arranging courier services
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients

Skills and Experience Required:

  • We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a good energy and a positive attitude
  • A high level of credibility to liaise with clients
  • Good maths skills would be desirable
  • Good computer skills, including typing, data entry and the MS Office Suite
  • High levels of organisation, prioritising and efficiency
