The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organisation skills and be a confident communicator who is able to use their initiative and work comfortably as part of a wider team. They will be computer literate with experience of Excel and have the capability to work well under pressure.
Hours:35 hours - 9am - 5pm
*Invoice filing, scanning and archiving
*Daily sales/customer account reconciliations
*PODs status update and reconciliation
*Processing and filing daily point of sale receipts/credit card transaction summary details
*Matching invoices/delivery notes
*Customer and supplier statement reconciliations
*Assistance with warehousing tasks like stocktaking and receipts of deliveries
*Assembly of specific test products
*Communicating effectively with internal and external bodies to resolve queries
*Support with process improvements
*Ad hoc general office tasks
*Experience within an office environment
*Excellent attention to detail and good organisation skills
*Excellent relationship building skills
*Strong customer service focus and excellent communications skills
