Your new company My client are a highly successful supplier of specialist services operating across the country and working with some of the biggest names in retail and business. Due to increased workload they are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join the team.
Your new role Working within the Sales Administration team you will be responsible for the provision of experienced Administrative support, including handling all telephone enquiries, liaising with finance to resolve any invoice queries, following up outstanding quotes and processing orders for work requests. You will also liaise with the Account Management team ensuring that contract SLA's are being met.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to demonstrate significant experience in an administrative role, solid numeracy skills, excellent written skills, , a professional telephone manner with excellent customer relationship skills. You will also need strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
