Are you looking for a full time permanent position?

Do you have your own transport?

Are you able to easily commute to the North side of the City?

In this Administration position, the hours will be 8am-5pm between Monday and Friday. This role is within a small office and the successful candidate must be confident working under their own initiative. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a construction environment. However, this is not mandatory.

Here's what you'll be doing on a typical day in the office:

* Providing administrative support to the management team
* Typing, scanning and photocopying
* Maintaining excel databases
* Reception cover
* Liaising with tradesmen and organising diaries
* Updating the internal IT systems
* High volume data entry
* Manage the internal and external mail
* Speaking with suppliers

People who we have previously been taken on have been highly organised and confident working on their own. Most importantly though, you need to have good MS office skills, ability to converse effectively at all levels and you need to enjoy working in a busy environment.
