We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our clients based in the Derby area. As an Administrator you will be working within the Customer Services team providing general administrative support including:

Duties and Responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Providing system administration duties to support teaching, learning and assessment including auditing of programme information and creation of assessment and submission points;
  • Minute taking;
  • Triaging shared email inboxes, signposting as appropriate;
  • answering and making telephone calls to new and returning customers to support conversion activity and encourage enrolment onto full suite of modules;
  • Printing ID Cards;
  • General administration duties as required including filing

Details of an Administrator

  • Salary: £7.50ph
  • 37 hours per week
  • Core hours 8.30 - 4.30/9am - 5pm
  • There may be some additional Saturday morning working during peak enrolment periods - with notice given
  • Start ASAP

Skill and Experience of an Administrator

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to problem solve effectively and use initiative
  • IT Literate - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a pressurised, busy environment
