infinite Group is an innovative field marketing agency with marketing expertise that delivers stand out pan-European campaigns for some of the UK’s largest brands.

We currently require a Campaign Executive / Administrator for our Campaign Team to be based in our Head Office in Swindon.

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Campaign Manager working within the Campaign Department.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with the Campaign Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Support campaign activity from execution to completion
  • Provide administrative support in the day to day running of the department
  • Support booking activity across all regions and Client Accounts
  • Process, monitor and audit expenses and Wage Claims
  • Work with the Campaign Team to identify missing key skills in their regions
  • Collate all the skill gaps and training needs to present to the Campaign Manager
  • Chase data updating all records as necessary
  • Provide Holiday and Sickness cover for the team to enable continuous service delivery
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports as required
  • Work closely with the Campaign Team to ensure everyone is working towards a consistent goal
  • To work and remain motivated in a fast paced business environment, be flexible, proactive and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • To produce weekly and monthly reports for the Client
  • To conduct the necessary quality checks to ensure all field activity is conducted to the highest level
  • To give full and active support to promotional events, including booking field staff
  • To maintain an organised office

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record of working in a busy office environment
  • A background in call centre roles or recruitment preferred but not essential
  • A confident telephone manner which reflects the company’s aim to present both a professional and human face
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills - with the ability to meet deadlines. This may demand a degree of flexibility
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Competent in the use of e-mail and the Internet
  • Administrative skills of the highest quality with an ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a good eye for detail.
  • A willingness to undertake a hands-on approach where necessary

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment

Package:

Basic salary will be up to £16,500. We also offer a pension, 20 days paid holiday, discounted gym membership, as well as a number of discounts in various retail stores, restaurants and much more.
