My client is looking for an office administrator to support the HR/Office Manager in general office duties to include:

• General administration support to HR Manager & Senior Management team

• Phone duties

• First point of contact of visitors to the company

• Filing & photocopying

• Providing refreshments for clients

• Open & distribute post

• Responsible for office facilities-dealing with contract cleaning & catering companies

• Order office supplies, stationery, consumables ect

• Book travel arrangements for the senior management team

• Preparation of meeting facilities for senior management or client meetings

• Assist with building security i.e issue key fobs, fire alarm testing

This role is what you make it. My client is really looking for someone that can take the initiative and develop the role.

I am looking for someone that can clearly demonstrate a strong administration background with the ability to use their own initiative.

Due to the lack of decent public transport my client is looki ng for a candidate with access to their own transport.

Also we are ideally seeking someone who lives close to WF2, so if you live within a 5 mile radius of that postcode your details will be prioritised.

if you have been involved with either facilities or HR then this would be extremely useful to this role.
