A temporary administrator job based in Fareham lasting 8 weeks paying up to £10.00 per hour

Your new role
To provide a high level of administrative support to the senior management team and other members of the department. You will liaise with clients and medical professionals and check history on internal systems and check documentation. You will arrange meetings and travel for managers and the head of department and ensure a keen eye for attention to detail at all times. Also you will take minutes at meetings and ensure they are presented accurately.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven administrative experience/ secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems with experience in organsing, attending and taken minutes/ notes at a range of meetings. You will have experience of working in a team setting and be a confident communicator. You will have the ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to work.

What you'll get in return
An 8 week temporary assignment for a friendly organsiation with nice offices and close to shops and restaurants. There is no parking on site, however there is a public car park nearby at a small cost per day.
