Page Personnel are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator based in Leeds city centre

Client Details

Our client is an accounts firm in Leeds who are currently looking to recruit an administrator. Working as part of a vibrant and friendly team, the Administrator role is responsible for providing administrative support to the operational areas of the business, and delivering a great standard of service to colleagues and clients.

The Administration team work 37.5 hours per week.


You will provide day-to-day administrative support to individual Accounts teams, Reception and Marketing, ensuring that all tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently within the required timescales.

Daily duties include scanning, filing, ensuring stationery is at an acceptable level. Additional administrative duties will also be required to enable the firm to run smoothly and support in ad-hoc events.


The ideal candidate would be a team player, who is committed to contributing to team objectives

You need to be comfortable with the day to day tasks as well as undertake a variety of duties so you must be confident in prioritising, be organised, able to work efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Full training will be given and there is opportunity to develop within the firm.

We are also reaching out to Apprentice's so basic hourly rates apply.

Job Offer

Permanent job offer, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week, paying up to £18,000 dependent on experience, Leeds city centre location.
