This is a busy and varied role and would suit someone who has some admin experience with very strong IT skills especially within Word and Excel.

The purpose of this role is to support the Account Management team whilst ensuring that the tasks of the team are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

The main tasks are:

  • Administration of vehicle ordering
  • Vehicle management
  • Daily rentals and re-licensing
  • Dealing with in coming and out going post
  • Covering reception and general administration

The salary is £19000-19500 with fantastic benefits including 25 days holidays (rising to 30), subsidised gym membership, group pension scheme, life assurance, private medical insurance and performance related bonus.

The job of Administrator is based in Thames Ditton and would suit someone with their own car. Vehicle industry experience is a plus.
