A fast-growing real estate company in Manchester are looking for an facilities administrator to join the team
Your new company
Based in a modern converted office overlooking the river, this growing company offers an outgoing and social environment as well as professional and objective-focused ethos. Over 50 strong, the company continues to grow it's share in the North-West property market, developing Manchester's run-down mills into new exciting projects for both public and private use.
Your new role
Your new role will be sat within the facilities team, aiding with any administrative tasks that might arise. Some of your key duties will include:
- document handling (scanning, copying, filing)
- processing invoices using SAP
- liaising with builders/contractors
- creating spreadsheets in Excel
- diary management
- ad hoc administration
What you'll need to succeed
You will need strong organisational skills, ideally having worked in an administrative environment previously. Any previous experience within the property or real estate industry would also be advantageous. Strong MS office skills are also essential, as you will be having to use Word and Excel frequently.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £17,000 - £20,000 depending on previous experience as well as continual training and development.
