My Client is based on Newark Industrial estate and is looking for a full time / perm Administrator with admin experience to join a friendly and hard working team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Order processing & invoicing

· Data inputting

· Inter department communications

· Working closely with team members of the Accounts and Contracts Department

· Responding to telephone enquiries

The ideal candidate will be able to show:

· Attention to detail

· An excellent level of organisation

· Exceptional telephone manner and communication skills

· A good level of customer service

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education / Experience

- Computer literate (Moderate to high Excel skills essential)

- Good communication, numeracy and literacy skills

- Smart appearance

- Excellent telephone manner
