My client is an award-winning investment service that provides investors with a trading environment they need to carry out transactions in a safe environment.


They are now recruiting a number of analytical administrators to join their growing Manchester office.

You will be expected to be an Excel expert and be used to running analytical reports ideally within the financial industry.

Your duties will include

* Accurate completion of administrative tasks meeting operational standards including stretching productivity targets and low error rates.
* Provide outstanding customer service to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.
* Make customer/counterparty contact via phone/email/letter to enable straight through processing for new accounts as appropriate - presenting a positive impression of yourself and II.
* Timely and accurate processing of all client data/assets to ensure that client and business expectations are fully met.
* Performing quality control tasks in accordance with departmental procedures, with a high degree of accuracy.
* Escalate any unresolved issues to the department specialist or team manager, providing them with sufficient information to investigate the issue
* Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment & team spirit.
* Continued adherence & delivery of Regulatory Operations practices and will work in partnership with other teams to ensure successful delivery of all BAU processes/projects.
* Maintain the first line of compliance defence by ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures that are designed to meet the regulatory standards set out in the relevant FCA rules and guidance.
* Use the training and competence scheme and the Operational Skills Matrix to maintain the appropriate knowledge, skills and expertise to carry out the role competently.
* Treat clients fairly at all times
* Provide support to both internal and external clients and stakeholders with queries and requests.
* Drive own personal development. Hold effective performance discussions with Team Manager to aid personal development.
* Timely completion of all mandatory and recommended LMS & professional training
* Continued adherence & delivery of Regulatory Operations practices and will work in partnership with other teams to ensure successful delivery of all BAU processes/projects.
* Make informed risk decisions and effectively and credibly debate and challenge management recommendations within your role in line with the approved Risk Appetite Framework
