A client based in Ely is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team at an immediate start. This is a varied, customer focused position so the right candidate is somebody methodical, friendly and organised. You’d be working within a small team, taking responsibility for the admin and reception duties of the firm.
Greeting in visitors, getting clients signed in and being the face to the business
Supporting employees with administrative support – filing, emails and staff forms (including holiday/sickness)
Data administration – updating, creating spreadsheets, maintaining in house database
Supporting finance team with processing invoices
Handling telephone and email enquiries
This position is an immediate start. Previous experience of at least 1 year’s reception/administration is necessary for this role, however some training will be provided on their in house system.
Salary is based on experienced and the position is Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm.
