A client based in Ely is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team at an immediate start. This is a varied, customer focused position so the right candidate is somebody methodical, friendly and organised. You’d be working within a small team, taking responsibility for the admin and reception duties of the firm.


  • Greeting in visitors, getting clients signed in and being the face to the business

  • Supporting employees with administrative support – filing, emails and staff forms (including holiday/sickness)

  • Data administration – updating, creating spreadsheets, maintaining in house database

  • Supporting finance team with processing invoices

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries

This position is an immediate start. Previous experience of at least 1 year’s reception/administration is necessary for this role, however some training will be provided on their in house system.

Salary is based on experienced and the position is Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm.
