A multinational organisation based in Ripon, North Yorkshire are currently seeking an Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis, working closely with their service desk. A good knowledge of computers and/or software or a keen interest in IT would be advantageous.

The key duties of the role are:

  • Provide administrative support to the IT technicians
  • Handled a high volume of calls
  • Log and record call information
  • Screen calls and direct to the appropriate people
  • Provide technical support and advice where possible
  • Handled adhoc administrative duties where possible

The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner and the ability to work autonomously.
