A local Authority are looking for an Administrator to join their team in the Children Services department.
The ideal candidate will need fast and accurate IT skills, good customer service skills and the ability to pick up process's quickly with a good eye for attention to detail.

Typical duties consist of the following:

Maintaining internal databases - Data Entry

Checking purchase orders and invoices

Composing and checking standard letters

Respond to general queries - cover phones and take messages

The ideal candidate will need to be competent in using Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Word.

37 Hours per week:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00

Temporary position - 6 months

Ready for a proposed start date of the 08/03/2018
