Your new role
You will be responsible for general reception duties such as receiving calls, recording messages, greeting clients, responding to emails, recording and distributing mail and managing the office diary. You will also be dealing with all aspects of tendering and procurement in accordance with policy and procedures. Assisting with organising travel arrangements, conferences, seminars, and fundraising events along with contributing to weekly staff meeting will also be in your role along with other tasks when required by the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need 2 G.C.S.E's or above including English, a minimum of one year's experience in an administrative setting, and a demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, excel, outlook, and access. OCR/RSA Stage 2 Word Processing would also be desirable.
