We are currently recruiting for an admin assistant to the busy transport team for a client based in Andover.

The working hours will be monday to friday. full time work available.

This is an initial 6 week contract with an option to be extended indefinately, pay rate is £8.50 - £9.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key skills required are:

  • Office admin experience.
  • good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes
  • ideal candidtaes will have used tachomaster previously or have proficient computer skills.
  • Filing paper work and organising existing files.
  • ideal candidates will have experience working in warehousing and logistic type environments.
  • someone to take their own initiave and not wait to be told what to do.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision and having an organised and thorough approach to work.
  • Be an effective communicator both orally and in writing and possess an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.
  • Take workload off the supervisors and managers as required.
