Our client has a requirement for an administrator to join them on a 6 month contract which has the opportunity to be extended and possibly become permanent.

You will be working in the accounts department although your work will involve working with other departments across the company. You will need to be confident with good people skills and be equally happy working on your own.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience writing procedures, work flows and internal controls. You will be involved with GDPR requirements including risk assessing so a knowledge or interest in this would be highly advantageous.

You will be collating information, dealing with emails and correspondence. You will also take on general day to day administration within the accounts department including investigating invoices and payments, filing etc.

The role requires an organised individual with good common sense and good all round IT skills.
