Client

A well established and successful business based in Beaconsfield is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager your main responsibility will be to provide support to the Purchasing Team with general administration duties. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with suppliers for progress reports
  • Updating notes on the system to ensure information is accurate and current
  • Provide sales team with any updates in relation to supply issues that may effect orders or deliveries

About you

  • Organised and be able to prioritise workload
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient Excel Knowledge

The Package

  • £18,000 (Monthly bonus after complete probation)
  • Monday-Friday: 9.00-5.30pm
  • 22 days holiday
