As an Administrator, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for organising and supporting a contracts manager in running construction projects. Typical duties will include:

  • Ordering and organising deliveries of products and scheduling of key milestones
  • Arranging transportation and accommodation
  • Dealing and speaking directly to clients
  • Controlling of subcontractors programs, schedules and Health & Safety
  • Review of subcontractors costs, PO’s and documentation
  • Producing and collating site packs including drawings, relevant documentation and permits

You will have previous administration experience and be comfortable working in a small company environment. You will have strong communication skills and a team player attitude. Any experience of running projects from an administrative perspective and Sage would be advantageous.
