A retail company based in Leicester are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on a temporary assignment for immediate start. The company are a well established recognisable brand in the retail sector.
Your new role
As an Office Administrator you will be working within the merchandising and buying team providing general administrative support. This is a fast paced high volume role where flexibility and attention to detail are key. Duties will include:
- Data entry
- Using excel to input data, calculate figures and produce graphs
- Report proof reading
- Scanning & photocopying sensitive information
- Checking processed orders
- Communication with all areas of the business face to face, via telephone and written communication
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and positive individual with a flexible and hard working approach to work. You will have previous and recent administrative experience, with experience working in a busy and high volume environment. Retail industry experience would be desired but not essential.
This role is full time temporary working 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You must be available to start work immediately and be able to provide 2 recent working references.
