Fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a successful and expanding Estate Agents based in Frimley.

Working within the Lettings Division you will be required to undertake lettings and property management administration, industry experience would be beneficial.

You will be responsible for providing remote and internal admin support which will include first point of contact to incoming calls, liaising with landlords on a daily basis, updating internal database system, liaising with local tradesmen for work to be undertaken, email management, amend and produce paperwork for the team.

This position requires a confident, personable, hardworking administrator who is looking for a position where they will be responsible for their own work load, you will need to have excellent communication and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Hours of work - 9am-6pm Monday to Friday

Saturdays (1 in 6/7 weeks) 8am-3pm

Salary dependant on experience
