Are you an Excel whizz? Do you know exactly how to use a pivot table and a V look up? Can you give excellent customer service and thrive in a busy department? GREAT!! then read on!!

This fast paced role, requires someone with a real passion for Excel!! based within professional services you will be calculating payments spread across various customers, ensuring that their staff are paid gratuities they have earned from credit and debit card payments. Working with some high profile customers and a large volume of clients the role makes good use of IT systems and therefore you will need to be quite tech savvy!!

Reviewing and analysing data submitted by clients
Extensive use of Excel to allocate payments
Understanding and applying different systems and clients requirements
Communicate with clients via email and telephone
Updating databases
Working closely with payroll providers
General support to the department

To be successful in this role you will need to be meticulous with a fine eye for detail, have recently graduated, be highly organised and be a great personable communicator.

Hours 9- 5:30pm Mon- Fri
Salary £20k -23k
20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
