Are you an administrator with a passion for digital media? Would you like to get insights into how a successful digital team performs?

Our client is a privately owned entrepreneurial company responsible for two successful businesses in the digital media sector. They are looking for an Administrator to join their rapidly growing business in their modern offices in Piccadilly Circus. They are offering salary in line of experience of £20,000 - £24,000 p.a. plus £2,000 bonus.

As an Administrator you will be dynamic, open minded individual able to help support the business development and marketing mangers with weekly tasks. This position will enable you to pick up skills within analysis, reporting and community management. You will find yourself getting involved in a variety of tasks so if you are flexible, proactive and keen to learn this could be the position for you.

*Modern offices (Fifa, ping-pong table)
*Regular training and development programs
*Social events
*Company lunch every other Friday

Business Tasks
*Your main tasks will be to complete and send out weekly reports to the wider team using Excel and our internal admin system
*You will need to have strong numeracy skills, which will help you develop your analysis skills
*This is a fluid position and you will be given a lot of tasks to juggle, so you must be organised
*Attention to detail will be vital to your role as you will be handling data looking for discrepancies

Sales Tasks
*Working closely the BDM on our CRM process, carrying out weekly tasks on our renewals, reactivation project to engage with our customers.
*Liaise with the Account Managers on a monthly basis ensuring all the administration is carried out accurately on the sales they have delivered.
*Contact customers and offer free trials. (10%)
*Set up trials on the admin and follow through the entire trial. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and offer guidance and support. (15%)
*Support business team with in selling packages to customers. (40% - recent)

Marketing Tasks
*Basic Photoshop skills will be a big plus to assist the marketing manager
*Updating blog and other social media channels
