This is a permanent position & is an opportunity for a disciplined & adaptable Administrator to immerse themselves fully in all aspects of this company.
Full in house training & support will be provided to the successful candidate.
Main role will involve -
*Maintaining a database with Customer Details & requirements.
*Various excel related tasks.
*Administration of customer database.
*Dealing with customer queries by telephone & email.
*Support customers to find appropriate resolutions to any payment queries or issues.
*Dealing with accounts in arrears.
Successful candidates -
*Must have previously worked in customer service.
*Must have good knowledge of DPA, ML & TCF.
*Have a good knowledge of credit risk policies.
*Good attention to detail.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office
*Be self motivated.
Hours of Work -
You will work 37.5 hours over 5 days. Please see below operating hours.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday, 8am - 6pm
