Admin Assistant, global Finance company, City of London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to be part of the CEO's office in a multinational company. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Admin Assistant will work across all different aspects of the business on a variety of tasks. The main aim of the role is to assist in making the Executive team as efficient as possible, allowing them to leverage their time effectively.

Key Admin Assistant responsibilities include:

  • General admin: filing, typing, scanning and printing
  • Event management; corporate social responsibility events
  • Meeting arrangements and logistics
  • Travel co-ordination
  • Assist with diary management of CEO & Group MD
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in co-ordinating projects across the business
  • Handling internal and external calls
  • Management of monthly expenses
  • Co-ordinating monthly company meetings
  • Collation of sales forecasts
  • Assist in preparing for half year and annual results
