Our client is recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to work for a financial services company based in North Yorkshire. This role is a full time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Working with spread sheet and populating data bases
- Effectively working with all department with their administration needs
- Running week and monthly reports
- Updating internal CRM systems
- Assisting in planning functions and events
- Diary Management
- Planning travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM Systems
- Confident telephone manner
- Organisational skills
