Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*To manage the electronic referral process and provide a telephone service for Referral Agencies to contact with referrals.
*Liaise with JCPs and Referral Agencies to act as the first point of contact for participants.
*Provide a promotional and informative overview of the services offered
*Gain candidate commitment regarding contracts delivered by Remploy to support their journey to employment and remaining in employment.
*Reduce the time of the participant's journey to employment through efficient scheduling of appointments.
You need to be a team player with a desire and empathy to help others. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of working to targets, have good communication skills, able to build relationships and have worked in a management style role where company standards are consistently met.
