Administrator - Reference DV/AD/WI
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (depending on experience)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday = 08:40am - 17.30pm & Saturdays 08.40am - 12.00pm

Our client is looking for a bright, personable administrator to join their small, friendly administration team, based in Winchester. (Must be willing to work Saturdays)

You will be a highly organised person with the ability to multi-task and a common-sense attitude to problem solving.

In addition you will need to be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) as the role involves an element of client contact in addition to the more traditional administrative duties, which will include:-

- dealing with general policy enquiries from clients (via email/post/telephone)
- processing cancellation of insurance policies
- handling enquiries relating to the payment of premiums by direct debit
- keeping the internal diary system up-to-date by processing diary entries on a daily basis
- assisting with any other administrative tasks which might need completing.

The key skills you will need are:-

- good level of literacy/numeracy
- excellent organisational skills
- friendly, outgoing manner
- ability to communicate effectively (both with colleagues and clients)
- a pro-active, 'can-do' attitude
- an eye for detail
- a high level of professionalism.

Previous experience in an administrator role would be useful, but is not essential.
