The role will consist of assisting with answering the phone, dealing with any customer queries and making sure all procedures are followed and systems kept up to date. You will also be expected to call customers to re-arrange/arrange suitable delivery times, also follow up any emails regarding deliveries. It is essential that all deliveries are booked onto to the system correctly.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, brilliant telephone manner and previous experience within an administration position. You will need to be computer literate and able to pick up new systems efficiently.
The hours of work are 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.
This role is a temporary on going position.
