Administrator

SF Group are currently recruiting for a permanent Administrator for their client based on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Scanning, filing and updating internal system data base
  • Ordering equipment for off site teams when and if required
  • Dealing and processing invoices for customer accounts
  • Dealing with over the phone queries
  • Liaising with customers arranging on site visits and updating contracts diaries
  • Creating quotes for sending all relevant information out to customers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Self motivated but also a team player
  • The ability to multi task and prioritise tasks

Salary: £16,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break
