Contract: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £18,500 - 20,000

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00

Location: Trafford, Manchester

My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the operational and delivery of the sources and obligations as detailed within the clients Contract documents.

Main Duties

  • Collate all required documentation for on-site log books and maintain same through chasing of documentation from engineers
  • Maintaining the quotation tracker
  • Administer spreadsheet tracking consumable expenditure
  • Take a pro-active approach to customer liaison and ensure concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management promptly
  • Procurement of goods and services as required
  • Maintain register of approved suppliers

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of M&E/FM/ Managing Agent sector desirable
  • Impeccable organisational and communication skills
  • Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures
  • Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good level of competency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using Oracle and Maximo desirable
