Our client is looking for a temp to perm candidate that can embrace change positively and work in a fast paced environment supporting the team with a range of administrative and coordination duties.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with engineers in regards to meter instalments within housing developments as well as supporting with updating the internal stakeholders on progress and efficiency improvements.

There is a high level of excel based work, so it is essential that you are familiar with this and are confident inputting data accurately and in a timely manner.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Administering the processing of meter instalments

Email and phone correspondence

General data entry

Updating and coordinating work for the engineers

Communicating to the wider business on progress

Setting up and creating customer accounts via the internal systems

The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role, you will be meticulous with exceptional administration skills. You will be able to manage a high volume of work yet ensuring accuracy at all times. Confidence using Microsoft excel on a daily basis is essential and will know your way around basic functions. You will be customer service focused and ideally will have experience of working with engineers or contractors, although this is not essential. You will have worked in a role with multiple conflicting priorities and you will be comfortable in a process driven environment.

The client

Our client is the UK's largest water and sewerage company with over 5,000 employees. An inclusive and supportive environment, you will be given responsibility from day one and will have a direct contribution to this department.

This role is based in Reading and is offering £10.76 per hour.

You will be expected to work 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
