This is an incredibly exciting and rare opportunity, and this varied role will see you taking on a wide range of administrative tasks, such as:
*Organising and booking events, meetings, conferences and travel
*Assisting the team with all general administrative tasks
*Responding to general enquiries via telephone
*Providing logistics support, creating purchase orders and receiving shipments
*Secretarial support including minute taking and following up on action points
*Carrying out risk assessments
*Assisting with the recruitment and induction of staff
The ideal candidate will:
*Possess excellent organisation skills
*Be a confident negotiator and communicator
*Be comfortable using computers including Microsoft Office programs
*Be commited to providing quality support to the team

Hours are 37.5 per week, working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
You will be a keen, enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and develop. You will be able to manage a varied workload and communicate well.
