Full-time Permanent Office Administrator role located in the City Centre. Salary up to £24K per annum.

You will work for the Real Estate department of a larger banking group, with an international presence across the world. The company is formed of six business lines covering the entire property life cycle: Property Development, Transaction, Consulting, Valuation, Property Management and Investment Management.
Your new role
You will provide pro-active secretarial and administrative support to the Residential Consultancy team based in Bristol.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must possess strong attention to detail and excellent MS Office skills. You will be highly organised and have previous administration experience within a busy environment. Day to day duties include:
- Organising and service meetings including taking minutes.
- Produce quality reports as and when required ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
- Travel arrangements.
- Manage budgets.
- General administration duties.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
