We are looking to introduce an experienced administrator for our client based in Perth. The role is to compliment the existing team and support field based and office based staff in a fast, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- To be highly organised
- To prioritise through out the day
- Support all staff as part of a team
- highly proficient in Excel and MS Word
- Ordering supplies and materials
- Diary management of field based teams
- Signing and taking delivery of materials
- Organising jobs and prioritising work
- Complete installation paperwork
